Eventful was formed in 2015, when professional event planners Shari Zatman and Theresa Kaufman combined their 60+ years of event planning knowledge and experience to establish Eventful Event Producers, LLC, a full-service planning and production company. In the past five years the partnership has established itself with clients in Pittsburgh, Ohio, West Virginia, California, Massachusetts and Texas, delivering events to match each clients’ goals and vision.

Theresa Kaufman’s 36-year career encompasses a distinctive mix of special events, fundraising and public relations. Having worked in non-profit and media Theresa brings valuable insight for clients creating new events and assessing old ones.

The Eventful team is proudly certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise and Women Owned Small Business Certification by the Women’s Business Enterprise Center East, (WBECEast) a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
WBENC’s national standard of certification implemented by WBECEast is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women. By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier diversity programs.
