“I had the privilege of working with Theresa Sciullo and Shari Zatman and their Eventful team on a three day event held in Morgantown, WV on May 15-17, 2019. I was the point person for the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute who managed the relationship with the event planners. Although we didn’t bring them into the planning process until January 2019, they quickly got us organized and on track. During the three days, we had three separate events with different challenges. The first event included hosting an outdoor dedication on an unlevel parking lot with ADA compliant staging. The second event involved an educational conference at a hotel venue with 54 presenters and 300 attendees. The third event showcased demonstrative tours at our facility with tranportation logistics. With over 600 participants throughout the three days, at different locations, they were able to plan, facilitate and mulitask all of the logistics including, but not limited to vendor contracts, hotel accommodations, travel arrangements, registrations, exhibitors, audio/video, catering, etc. Theresa and Shari were instrumental in creating a timeline of responsiblites which was delegated throughout our internal team. They facilitated our weekly meetings with a keen eye for detail which created the necessary balance needed to keep us on task for highly successful events. They were also able to adapt to several last minute changes, problem-solve unexpected challenges and redirect decisions that could impact the integrity of the event. On the day of the events, the Eventful team were energetic, organized and prepared. They flawlessly facilited the run of shows and remained personable throughout the events. They were flexible and made the necessary decisions to allow our team to enjoy the events and not worry about the logistics. All three events were exceptional and exceeded our expections. We would highly recommend Theresa and we would utilize her services for our furture events.”

Family Day Picnic for 6,000 Guests
“More than 6,000 of our colleagues and their friends and family took part in our second Family Day, held this past September. As we did with our first Family Day, we again relied upon and worked closely with our event planning professionals – Eventful, who enabled us to have another successful event. They successfully navigated the logistics of this event, which included budget management, volunteer and check-in management and logistics, an airplane-hanger sized Tent, catering for 6,000 guests, bus tours of the site, sourcing and managing entertainment, signage, food vendors, and kid’s activities. They leveraged, leveraged local community based organizations in sourcing varying items. We are looking forward to future opportunities to enlist Eventful Event Producers expertise, as we seek to create other successful events. It is good to know we are able to support the local community, particularly small and minority owned businesses.”
